About the Role
Role Overview
The BMS Integrator will play a pivotal role in configuring, integrating, and commissioning the Schneider BMS across a critical data centre environment. This individual will work closely with MEP contractors, commissioning teams, and controls engineers to ensure that all systems function cohesively and align with the design, control logic, and performance criteria.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform integration, testing, and commissioning of Schneider BMS systems across HVAC, electrical, and auxiliary systems.
• Validate point-to-point testing and ensure correct mapping of all I/O points and data signals.
• Ensure seamless communication between Schneider BMS and third-party systems (e.g., chillers, CRAC units, UPS, generators).
• Troubleshoot communication, logic, or data issues during commissioning and handover stages.
• Develop, review, and update BMS logic sequences and graphics to reflect project requirements.
• Work with commissioning agents, controls vendors, and consultants to validate functional performance testing (FPT).
• Support the generation and updating of commissioning documentation including redlines, commissioning scripts, and as-built records.
• Conduct training and walkthroughs with operations and facilities teams, as needed.

Skills
• Deep understanding of Schneider BMS systems, including EcoStruxure platform, SmartStruxure, and StruxureWare.
• Hands-on experience with BMS software tools, integration protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks), and I/O devices.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, control logic, sequences of operation, and electrical distribution systems.
• Experience with SCADA, alarm management, and energy dashboards.
• Proven ability to work from design drawings, schematics, and sequence of operations (SOO) documents.
• Capable of fault-finding and resolving real-time system integration issues.
• Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services, or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS integration or commissioning roles, specifically with Schneider BMS systems.
• Experience working on data centres or other mission-critical environments is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of networking, IP addressing, and BMS communications protocols.
• Ability to work full-time on-site and adapt to tight project deadlines.
