About the Role
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer to support a high-profile pharmaceutical project based in Grange Castle, Dublin. This is a 3–6 month contract opportunity ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong Instrumentation or Electrical background. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring quality and compliance through rigorous field verification and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct P&ID walkdowns to verify installed systems against engineering drawings and specifications.
• Review, verify, and track quality documentation for installation and commissioning phases.
• Liaise with construction, commissioning, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies or punch-list items.
• Support the development and execution of QA checklists, reports, and turnover packages.
• Ensure all works are performed in compliance with cGMP, company procedures, and project quality standards.
• Assist with inspections, audits, and system handovers to client QA/Validation.
• Maintain clear and accurate records in line with regulatory expectations.

Requirements:
• Instrumentation or Electrical background is essential.
• Proven experience with P&ID walkdowns in a pharmaceutical or highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of quality systems, Electrical or instruments. Documentation standards, and compliance practices
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced project setting.
• Availability to commence work in July 2025.
