About the Role
Gencell Technical Services are looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Quality Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The Quality Manager will be responsible for all quality on a data centre new build facility based in London.
Responsibilities
As the Quality Manager, you will be following the work progress of all Construction activities to accurately work with the client and Subcontractor to ensure quality standards are met.
You will be responsible for monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld.
As the Quality Manage, you will be responsible for training and overlooking subcontractors on construction specification, policies, and procedures, including safety measures, to make sure high quality installation are executed.
You will be conducting regular audits of production lines or departments to ensure compliance.
Skill Requirements
Extensive experience in construction projects
Must have a civil or structural engineering degree
Excellent communication skills toward the client and to relay information back to subcontractor
