About the Role
As part of our HR / RPO function, Gencell Technical Services are acting on behalf of an engineering consultancy to recruit for a Quantity Surveyor who has strong experience in Engineering & Life Sciences. This role is permanent.
Responsibilities
Control of all aspects of the commercial & financial elements of the project.
Maintain key relationships with supply chain.
Ensure the project team achieve or exceed budgeted targets.
Identify potential disputes in a timely manner.
Prepare reports before and during building projects showing costs.
Visit building sites to monitor progress.
Cost reporting.
Skill Requirements
Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying.
Strong experience working with construction teams.
Experience working on the Contractor side.
